Ingredients

  • 500g fresh K2 Chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tomatoes, pureed
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

    Marinate chicken in yogurt, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt for 30 minutes

    Heat butter in a pan and cook chicken until golden brown, set aside

    In the same pan, sauté onions until golden, add garlic and ginger

    Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates

  5. 5

    Add garam masala, cumin powder, and cook for 2 minutes

    Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes

    Add cooked chicken and simmer for 10 minutes

    Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with naan or rice
