Ingredients
- 500g fresh K2 Chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

Marinate chicken in yogurt, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt for 30 minutes

Heat butter in a pan and cook chicken until golden brown, set aside

In the same pan, sauté onions until golden, add garlic and ginger

Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates

Add garam masala, cumin powder, and cook for 2 minutes

Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes
