Ingredients

  • 500g boneless chicken, cubed
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 can (14oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

    Mix yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder

    Marinate chicken in this mixture for at least 2 hours

    Preheat oven to 400°F and bake chicken for 20 minutes

    Heat butter in a pan, sauté onions until soft

    Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute

    Add tomato sauce, paprika, and simmer for 10 minutes

    Add cream and cooked chicken, simmer for 15 minutes

    Garnish with cilantro and serve
